We'll partner with you to first inventory and assess the data, scope the requirements of your project, and identify and plan for any potential data corruption or team downtime. We'll then map the data from the source to the target system, and highlight any necessary format conversation, cleaning, or restructuring, dependant on the specifics of the new system. With our strategy defined, we'll conduct the migration. Post-migration, we'll validate the accuracy and completion of data in the new source, then work with you to decommission and archive the old source.
A structured onboarding process can help reduce anxiety by clearly outlining expectations, answering questions, and immersing employees in the team's culture. An engaging onboarding process ensures that your messages resonate. We partner with you to build an informative, supportive, and robust onboarding system specific to the needs of your team.
